This policy regulates the shipping and delivery conditions for orders placed through the Montado online shop.

Montado reserves the right to refuse shipments to destinations subject to legal, logistical, customs, commercial or operational restrictions.
Orders can be dispatched via one or more of the following carriers:
DPD, VASP, CTT, UPS and DHL.
The choice of carrier may vary depending on the destination, weight, size of the parcel, type of product and Montado's logistical criteria.

Deadlines are estimated, are counted in working days and may change for reasons beyond the control of Montado, including logistical delays, customs control, operational constraints or force majeure events.

Orders can be placed at any time, but are processed on working days.
Preparation and dispatch of the order depends on confirmation of payment, stock availability and internal validation of the order.
Whenever the carrier allows it, the customer will receive tracking information to follow the status of the delivery.
Montado does not deliver to PO boxes.
For orders dispatched to countries outside the European Union, the recipient may be liable to pay customs duties, import VAT, customs charges or other local costs in the country of destination, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If the order is returned to Montado for a reason attributable to the customer, including incorrect address, incomplete address, absence of the recipient, failure to collect at a collection point or unjustified refusal, Montado may:
a) request payment of new postage for reshipment; or
b) accept the cancellation of the order and proceed with the refund, deducting the shipping costs and any charges borne by Montado.
